Here are some answers to frequently asked questions!   

When Will I Receive My Products?
Our products generally ship within 3-5 business days. However, if products are in high demand it can take up to 2-3 weeks before the product is received (however this is uncommon).


Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and fulfilled. 


My tracking says “no information available at the moment”?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.


I am missing some of the items in my order, what is going on?
Our items are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from three warehouses, it will be three shipments. The rest of the shipment will arrive shortly.


Is This Website Secure?
We take customers security very seriously. Rest assure no personal information will ever be shared. All payment information is backed by some of the industry's best fraud protection.


What Are The Sizes For These Products?
We do our best to list all product sizes in the product's description. Simply click on the product and scroll down.


Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes, absolutely. We deliver all over Europe. International shipping rates apply.


What Is Your Return Policy?
We try our best to resolve any issues customers have with their products online but if you want a refund for your products then we can do that if done within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If there is a print mistake, a reprint can be ordered immediately. However, our products are printed on demand, seeing how they are specially made just for you, we can't accept any refunds.

I received a broken item. What can I do now?
We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the broken item at TheBakingBuddiesTeam@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement right away.


I have not received my order yet. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes International Shipping can take longer due to customs clearance. You can track your order and see where it's at right now. If you still feel you need help in tracking or need to inquire about your order then please email us at: TheBakingBuddiesTeam@gmail.com


Will I be charged VAT & Customs Fees for International Orders (outside the USA)?
Yes, more than likely, however, this is out of our hands. VAT and Customs Fees varies and depends on your country. Please make yourself aware of this before placing an order with us. The Hangout Barn is not responsible for any additional fees outside of your product purchase fee and shipping & handling fees where applicable.
